Shore Bike Camps Cancellation Policy
To cover administrative costs, should clients need to cancel a program more than 1 week prior to its starting date, a $25 cancellation fee per child applies.
Programs cancelled within 7 days of a program start are subject to a 100% penalty. There are no refunds for missed days due to changed work or vacation schedules, sick days, or other non-emergency reasons.
The company recognizes that extenuating circumstances exist. If you would like to inquire into switching classes or taking make-up classes, please contact our office.
For cancellations due to medical illnesses or for any other compassionate reason, please apply in writing to the Main Office for a potential credit (if medical, include documentation).
Should a camp not reach minimum attendance numbers for a given level, Shore Bike Camps Inc. reserves the right to cancel the camp. In the event of cancelation due to low attendance numbers participants will be given credit for a future camp or a full refund.
